Return and Refund Policy

Domestic Policy-

Returns:
If Samurai Insoles are not the most comfortable, “best insoles” you’ve ever purchased, or you aren't 100% satisfied with them, simply return them to us within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  We will supply you with a return shipping label at no cost, if needed.  We do ask that you email us at support@samuraiinsoles.com PRIOR to returning your insoles so we can promptly issue your refund when we receive them. This may also allow us to troubleshoot your issue so you may maximize the performance of your Samurai Insoles. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs, only the original purchase price.  If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds:
Once your insoles has been received by us, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If we've received your return, and you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@samuraiinsoles.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We will provide a one time exchange of Samurai Insoles for a different size. The exchanged pair must be in like-new condition. Please send us an email at support@samuraiinsoles.com so we can facilitate this for you. The customer would be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Warranty:  Samurai Insoles are warranteed to be free from manufacturers defects for 60 days from the purchase date.  This warrantee is strictly non transferrable.
