Refund policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Samurai Insoles, you may return them within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Please email us at support@samuraiinsoles.com before returning your insoles so we can provide a free return shipping label and promptly process your return. This may also allow us to troubleshoot your issue so you can get the best performance from your Samurai Insoles.

Refunds apply to the original purchase price only and do not include any original shipping charges.

If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned insoles have been received, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If we have received your return and you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@samuraiinsoles.com

Exchanges

We offer a one time exchange for a different size. The exchanged pair must be in like-new condition.

Please contact support@samuraiinsoles.com so we can arrange the exchange and provide return instructions.

Warranty

Original Samurai Insoles and Samurai Insoles Sumos are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 60 days from the purchase date.

Samurai Insoles Ninjas and Samurai Insoles Shoguns are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from the purchase date.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferable.

Shipping
