My ankles were not ready for a new exercise routine and I started to have pain in my left heel. I could barely finish walking 18 holes of golf. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and never had bunions until I was using full length insoles for plantar fasciitis. I play tennis four or five times a week. My shoes were too tight across the box and were causing bunions. The samurai insoles were just great and allowed the toe box some freedom.
