I absolutely notice a difference between my samurai shoguns and regular store bought insoles. I've had plantar fasciitis and other feet issues as well as pain across the top of my foot and up my shin so I know exactly what relief I'm looking for. I haven't walked far enough with them to make a final determination but so far I'm pleased. Did have to wear thick socks or footies because my foot slid around when I had thin socks on.

Bought these for my husband's work boots and they work great. Now I'm buying it for my son's work boots. They both have flat foot and is does help with the arch support. It also relieve any aches and pain from being on their feet all day.
These insoles do everything they say they will. Hugh difference immediately. Less than a minute to slip them in under original shoe insoles and you will feel a difference! Highly recommend these if you find yourself in need.

I have plantar fasciitis and have spent lots of time trying to find an insole that helps me walk my 3 miles a day without pain. I was skeptical when I first opened my Ninja insoles, but after using them for a week I am pain free when I walk !!
I bought your inserts and began to use. I had scheduled a dr appt and kept it a few days later. When she checked me out and made recommendations - I showed her my Samurai inserts. She said they were very good and to keep using them. They were about 1/2 the price of the inserts she had at their podiatrist office. I love these. I used to have narrow feet and high arches. Now, my arches have fallen a bit and my feet have become longer and wider. I'm always concerned that the insoles will take up too much room in my shoes but the just fit perfectly and give me so much support that I can run and walk farther and faster than I can without them and I need less recovery time. These have helped my stay on my feet and avoid injury - and avoid expensive orthotics!
Feel great, but sticky pads won't stay in place!!
