For the best results, we recommend pairing them with a new, well-fitting pair of running shoes, walking shoes, roomy casual shoes, or supportive boots.

Usually pretty quickly—just 7 to 14 days!
We recommend starting slow: wear your Samurai Insoles for about an hour on the first day, then remove them.
Each day after that, add one more hour of wear until you’re comfortably hitting 8 consecutive hours.
If your feet feel tired or sore at any point (it’s rare, but it happens), just take them out, give your feet a break, and try again the next day for the same amount of time—then keep building from there.
