Li was really struggling with me bunions and then started with pain from Morton’s neuroma along with hip pain from arthritis. My wonderful PT gave me some exercises but also told me to get some good arch support along with wider shoes. It is hard to find insoles that are flexible but effective. They have to be flexible to dance in. After much research, I tried Samurai and they work so well! My dsnce shoes are now my favorite shoes and I am able to dance for hours!

We recommend starting slow: wear your Samurai Insoles for about an hour on the first day, then remove them.
Each day after that, add one more hour of wear until you’re comfortably hitting 8 consecutive hours.
If your feet feel tired or sore at any point (it’s rare, but it happens), just take them out, give your feet a break, and try again the next day for the same amount of time—then keep building from there.
